Day1: Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok
Our representative will be there to receive You at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) – You will be assisted for the transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the capital of Sikkim suit sall from tran quality to adventure, land of monastery,mysticrituals& festivals-height of 5480 ft, it is the most visited- Nearly 120 kms 4 hours drive – Check into hotel, Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day2:Excursion to Changu Lake& Baba Mandir
After breakfast start for an excursion to Changu Lake 12, 312 ft. & Baba Mandir 13, 200 ft. which is 55 kms from Gangtok city each way Starts7:30AM – 3:30 PM. Over night stay at Gangtok. Optional tour to Nathula Pass Alt 14000Ft. on China Border can also be arranged Except Mon, Tue for Indian Nationals only atan additional cost& documents required 7days prior to departure for Nathula pass. Please note Nathula Pass permits are issued on the day of travel only as per availability and once the permit is issued the amount will be non refundable.
Day3-Gangtokto Lachung(118Kms |6hours)
Drive to Lachung(9500ft),a village surrounded by snow-capped peaks and beautiful alpine meadowsvia Chungthang, another quiet and picturesque hamlet on the higher Himalayas famous for its proximity to the Kanchenjunga National park. Chungthang is a sub-divisional town and the gateway to Northern Sikkim. Also, visit Singhik view point, Naga falls falling on the way. Arrive at the beautiful Lachung and check-in to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 Lachung-Yumthang Valley (26km/1.5hours) -Gangtok (130km/4 to 5 hours)
Early Morning after breakfast, you will be visiting Yumthang valley also known as Valley of Flowers. Located at a height of approx. 11,800 ft above sea level. Yumthang is located some 26 km away from Lachung. Where the tree line ends, the valley erupts in multi-colored meadows of flowers of Primula, Rhododendron ,and other alpine flowers.After this experience, you will return to Gangtok.Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 05: Transfer to Darjeeling
Morning breakfast-proceed to Darjeeling.
Day 06: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Visit to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchend zongha (28,208 ft. worlds third highestpeak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery,Batasia Loop.Visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock , Tea Garden (outer view), Peace Pagoda, Railway museum and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs). Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day07: Departure
Transfer to New Jal paiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bag dogra Airport.
