Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where you’ll be greeted by our representative.Transfer to your pre-booked houseboat on Dal Lake.Spend the day leisurely, exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a local sightseeing tour in Srinagar. Visit the Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, known for their stunning architecture and breathtaking views. Head to the Shankaracharya Temple, situated on a hill offering panoramic views of the city. Enjoy a romantic Shikara ride on Dal Lake during the evening.Return to the houseboat for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Srinagar to Kargil
After breakfast, depart for Kargil, a drive of approximately 6-7 hours.En route, stop at Sonamarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold,” and take in the enchanting landscapes. Continue the journey and cross the Zoji La Pass to reach Kargil. Check into the hotel and relax for the evening.Overnight stay in Kargil.
Day 4: Kargil to Leh
After breakfast, depart for Leh, a scenic drive that takes about 5-6 hours.En route, visit the Mulbekh Monastery and the giant Buddha statue. Take a brief halt at Lamayuru Monastery, known for its unique moon-like landscapes. Arrive in Leh and check into your hotel. Spend the evening exploring the local markets and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Leh.Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 5: Leh Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, acclimatize to the high altitude by resting for a few hours.In the afternoon, visit Leh Palace, a former royal palace offering panoramic views of the city. Explore the Shanti Stupa, a white-domed Buddhist stupa with peaceful surroundings. Visit the Leh Market to shop for traditional handicrafts and souvenirs. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Leh.
Day 6: Leh to Nubra Valley
After breakfast, embark on a drive to Nubra Valley, known as the “Valley of Flowers.” Cross the famous Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Visit the Diskit Monastery and the sand dunes in Hunder, where you can enjoy a camel safari Check-in to a comfortable campsite or hotel in Nubra Valley. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Day 7: Nubra Valley to Leh
After breakfast, explore the picturesque Nubra Valley. Visit the picturesque village of Sumur and its gompa. Return to Leh by the same route, crossing the Khardung La Pass. Reach Leh by the evening and relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 8: Departure
